**Who we want?**:

- Law graduate with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
- In-house experience is essential.
- Proficient in drafting and vetting agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Computer skills including MS Word, Power Point, and Excel.

**Job Responsbilities**:

- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate contracts for the company.
- Analyze legal issues and commercial risks, and present clear recommendations to ensure legal compliance.
- Demonstrate expertise in intellectual property laws, particularly in trademark and copyright matters.
- Collaborate with support functions across the business, including Operations, HR, Finance, Risk, and IT Security.
- Establish and manage effective data protection processes and promote good business practices.
- Assist the legal team by providing insights and best practices related to data privacy and data protection regulations.
- Develop, modify, and implement company policies and oversee control systems to prevent or address violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Prepare, review, and document policies and procedures.
- Consult with external lawyers when necessary to address legal compliance issues.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure consistent disciplinary action strategies for compliance standard violations.
- Conduct research on various laws and regulations across different regions to support legal compliance projects and create a comprehensive research database/reports.
- Monitor calls in alignment with local laws and regulations.
- Perform any other legal and compliance-related tasks as assigned.
