**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible **fresher** to join our team as a **Construction Site Supervisor**. The role involves assisting in supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of plastering, structural, interior, and exterior works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site execution of:

- **Plastering work**:

- **Structural work**:

- **Interior finishing**:

- **Exterior elevation and finishing**:

- Monitor labor performance, attendances, and contractor progress
- Coordinate with vendors, and site workers
- Track materials usage and ensure no wastage
- Maintain site reports, measurements, and daily logs
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed
- Report delays or issues to the management

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or the RELATED field
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to be present full-time on-site
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,932.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
