Delhi, India US Education Resource Centre Full time

Job Description:

- 9 hours day shift
- 1 day off per week (Any day except Saturday/Sunday)
- Take 2-hour classes for batches of 2-15 students
- Sit for one-to-one query resolution sessions
- Prepare study sheets, presentation decks, and assessments
- Conduct regular mock tests, and give individual feedback to the students, advising them on areas of improvement
- Contribute towards developing new content for academic and marketing purposes
- Devise and prepare course structure and material as required
- Maintain records of students
- Track student performance and provide frequent feedback
- Give demos and counsel students/parents
- Provide in-person as well as online instructions to prepare the students
- Prepare lesson plans that reflect progression

Eligibility:

- Masters in English (and/or higher qualification) recommended
- A good score in one of these exams will be a great plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality
- Result-oriented, with an ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Confidence to ably manage a class of students from various educational and financial backgrounds and age groups
- Available to work at Pitampura Delhi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
