**We are currently seeking on-site/remote L2 EUC support technicians in Germany and the UK. **English is required. Server Administration experience is a plus.**

Responsibilities include:

- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support
- Provide Office 365 support (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc)
- Manage and install equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, video conference)
- Move workstations
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided tools
- Review current processes and write technical notes (FAQs).
