Production Coordinator

**Responsibilities**

v Set up and run the production office

v Communicate the schedule to the crew

v Coordinate transportation needs

v Manages scheduling and booking.

v Sends the daily and weekly schedule.

v Communicates any schedule changes.

v Completes and files paperwork.

v Orders equipment and supplies.

v Tracks spending and writes expense reports.

v Delegates errands and tasks to production assistants.

v Collaborates with marketing, finance, and other departments.

**Requirements and skills**

v Proven work experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role

v Excellent time management skills

v Ability to multitask

v Prior experience in the film industry

v Strong communication skills

v Flexible work hours

v Experience with administrative tasks

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
