**Job Title**: Corporate Trainer - Structural Design
**Location**: Mylapore, Chennai
**Experience**: 5+ years
**Education**: M.Tech in Structural Design or equivalent

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and enhancement of structural engineering-related software solutions for DBP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SSG, software developers, and design engineers.
- Design and develop curriculum and training modules for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery standards.
- Translate structural design principles into user-centric software functionalities.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve the product and training experience.
- Ensure product features align with industry standards, codes, and best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- M.Tech in Structural Design or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering and/or software development.
- Proficient in STAAD, ETABS, TEKLA, SAP2000, SAFE, and other structural design tools.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, design codes, and modeling practices.
- Experience in curriculum development and technical training is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team coordination skills.
