**1. JOB PURPOSE**:
**2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Accountable for changes in day-to-day events by being present for internal meetings.**:

- Planning an event’s theme, setting, and overall design, including decorations and entertainment.
- Overseeing the event’s budget and making sure it stays within the predetermined limits.
- Ensuring Venue recce as and when required.
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences.
- Creating floor plans and event space models showing where each element will be located.
- Coordinating with inter and intra-department (event managers, coordinators, planners, and other team members) to ensure that all aspects of an event are executed smoothly.
- Developing a concept for the event, which includes creating a theme, choosing colors, and selecting music and entertainment.
- “Making sure designs satisfy the client and corporate requirements, are within budget, and are delivered within the deadline.
- Creating event designs, drawings, and renderings for the company’s events, following departmental and company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Creating any 2D/3D styling layouts and also explaining them to the production department.
- Being present in floral download meetings to explain the combination, density, ratio, and height variation to the sister company.
- Going to required sites on the day of the event to overlook arrangements, and make last
- minute changes according to the TAT provided by the Project Head.
- The responsibility to manage inventory levels and resolve issues among clients, internal departments, and vendors.
- Create comprehensive event proposals and presentations for clients, outlining all design elements, logístical details, and estimated costs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure event services within budget.
- Develop detailed floor plans and timelines schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient event flow.

**Responsibilities for the final product**:

- Designing the final product themes, and providing AutoCAD plans and elevations to the 3D designer.
- Overlooking 3D work to ensure color combos, flower arrangements, and final 3D views.
- Making necessary visuals for the final presentation and guiding the graphic designer to attain the required look and feel.
- Pitching style, key words, and presenting the final designed theme to the client servicing department.
- Discussion with the DK cost manager to ensure the cost stays within the budget for every theme.
- Develop tasks and sub-tasks in the form of to-dos and maintain them to keep up with the day
- to-day activities.
- Filling up proxy if someone is absent.
- Reporting to the superior.
- Any other work is given by top management.
