EZ BUILD SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Works Site Supervisor to join our team in Noida/Gr Noida.

As a key member of our interior projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior works at multiple sites, ensuring adherence to drawings, schedules, and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise interior works projects at 3-4 sites simultaneously in Noida/Greater Noida.
- Ensure that all work is executed as per drawings and instructions provided by the company.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide on-site leadership and guidance to the work team, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Manage resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily site reports and documentation as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have a bike and a valid driver's license.
- Sincere, punctual, and dedicated to delivering results.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work 9am to 6pm, with one day off per week.
