The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, updating,
and maintaining data within company databases and systems. This role
involves handling a large volume of data with precision and ensuring data
integrity. The Data Entry Operator also performs routine checks and audits
to verify the accuracy of information and supports various administrative
functions.
Job

**Responsibilities**:
 Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP and Microsoft teams software
systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
 Review and verify data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and
consistent, and correct any errors or discrepancies as needed.
 Organize and manage physical and electronic documents, ensuring
they are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible.
 Prepare reports and support decision-making.
 Provide general administrative support as needed, including managing
correspondence, scheduling, and other office tasks.
 Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and
adhere to privacy and data protection policies.
 Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and updates, and
participate in training to stay current with software and processes.
Identify and resolve data entry errors or issues and collaborate with
other departments to address and rectify data-related problems.
 Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to
provide updates on data entry progress and address any concerns.
Skills  Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry
software.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
 Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
