We are hiring for a reputable real estate company based in Gurgaon, Sector 58, specializing in luxury residential properties. Our team is dedicated to showcasing our properties in the best light through high-quality videos and visual content. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos that showcase our properties in the best light.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Incorporate branding elements, graphics, and animations to enhance video content.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all videos.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and our website.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and digital marketing.
- Manage and organize video files and assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Provide creative input and ideas for new video projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, preferably with a focus on YouTube video editing or similar projects.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling through video.
