Key Responsibilities:

- **Operating and Monitoring Machines**:Running and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure they are operating correctly and producing parts within specified tolerances.
- **Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**:Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the molding process, such as material inconsistencies, equipment malfunctions, or human errors.
- **Mold Set-up and Changeovers**:Performing mold changes, ensuring proper set-up procedures are followed, and optimizing changeover activities to maintain production targets.
- **Quality Control**:Inspecting molded parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and stopping production to correct any quality issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintaining accurate records of production processes, process changes, and any issues encountered.
- **Safety and Maintenance**:Following safety procedures, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and reporting any maintenance needs to the maintenance department.
- **Training and Supervision**:Training and coaching machine operators, ensuring they follow proper procedures and understand the importance of quality.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Participating in projects to optimize injection molding performance and improve process reliability.
- **Material Handling**:Properly handling and storing materials, molds, and tooling.
- **Communication**:Communicating clearly and consistently with other team members, especially during shift handovers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
