We are hiring for an End User Computing Level 1 Support Engineer in India, preferably Chennai. This is a remote opportunity and we need someone who has a very good hold on the Thai Language and will be supporting one of our clients in Thailand. **Position
- End-user computing Level 1**

**Duration
- 12 ****Months ( Renewable agreement)**

**Location
- India, Remote ( Preferably Chennai)**

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a SPOC for Dealers and Field team for DMS System Issues.
- Will work closely with Central SpOC, L1/L2 teams of different product / Business SPOCSs/ and Leads for closing tickets within SLA and managing field escalations.
- Liaison between relevant teams to have tickets solved and responded to in time.
- Proactive monitor ticket closure and Escalate tickets on SLA violations with the respective support team and product teams for timely resolution.
- Contribute towards ticket closure and address when required.
- Contribute towards ticket analysis and reporting
- Previous experience in Customer Support Team.
- Preferable Experience -Technical/ IT support.
