**Job Title**: Social Media Specialist (SMO) - Digital Marketing

**Location**: Jaipur, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **comprehensive social media strategies** to align with business goals and target audiences.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored for each platform.
- Plan and manage **social media ad campaigns** to drive audience engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze **social media performance metrics** to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay updated with the **latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates** to implement best practices.
- Collaborate with the **content, design, and marketing teams** to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Research and analyze **competitor activities** to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and queries across social media platforms to maintain brand reputation.
- Implement **SEO best practices** in social media content to improve search visibility.
- Prepare and present **performance reports** with actionable insights to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of **2+ years of experience** in social media management in an **agency or corporate setting**.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content and executing successful **social media campaigns**.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., **Hootsuite, Buffer**) and **analytics platforms**.
- Familiarity with design tools such as **Canva** or **Adobe Creative Suite** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **SEO principles** and their integration with social media strategies.
- Exceptional **written and verbal communication skills** with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Creative mindset with excellent **problem-solving skills**.
