**Job Description -Cashier for restaurant / Hotel**
- **Manage transactions with customers using Pet Pooja software and cash registers**:

- **Keep record of store room stock and maintain stock list is accurate**:

- **Collect payments whether in cash, Paytm, or credit**:

- **Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets**:

- **Maintain a record to know items prepared in restaurants in morning afternoon, evening and night.**:

- **Report daily update Sale, Stock, and items prepared in restaurant**:

- **Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information**:

- **Greet customers when entering or leaving the store**:

- **Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas**:

- **Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies**:

- **Bag, box or gift-wrap packages**:

- **Handle merchandise returns and exchanges**

**Job Requirements**
- **Work experience as a Restaurant/Hotel Cashier or in a similar role**:

- **Basic PC/Computer knowledge**:

- **Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS**:

- **Good math skills**:

- **Strong communication and time management skills**:

- **Customer satisfaction-oriented**:

- **High school degree**

**Other Job Requirements**
- **Physical Fitness**:

- **Must be able to read write and understand simple English.**:

- **Must be able to work on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays ) and public holidays.**:

- **Must be able to work overtime on weekends and festive seasons.**

**Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,895.01 per month**
