**Job description**:

- To work in an allotted school, according to the program
- To undertake project activities in the school and/ or community
- Undertake on-site monitoring through regular school visits, interaction with teachers, observation, and review of teaching practices, lesson plans, and teacher effectiveness in classrooms
- Mentor teachers by providing constructive feedback on critical aspects of their teaching practices - lesson planning, classroom teaching, ability to give feedback to students, the ability to assess authentically, use of innovative pedagogy etc
- Integrate programs of other project partners in the school activities if such need may arise
- Share aggregated monthly observation reports with Academic Coordinators in the state
- Seek inputs from State Managers/ Academic Coordinators for follow-up actions in the schools based on field observations
- Coordinate for the training of principals and teachers
- Coordinate with State Manager for community mobilization/ awareness events
- Popularise the program in the community
- Follow the project’s standard operating processes
- Report out to state’s Academic Coordinator on a daily basis
- Deliver on targets
