UI/UX Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate product concepts and user interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and coherence across all platforms and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for the user by incorporating user feedback and usability findings into design solutions.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 2.5 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work and projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
