**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and drive activities under guidance of GL/HOD
- Conduct literature survey of assigned project.
- Execute experiments as instructed and discussed.
- Discuss reaction observations with GL / HOD
- Records experiments in the laboratory note book as per SOP, update and gate checked by seniors.
- Follow up for analysis and collect analytical reports from ADL, interpret the results.
- Record analysed results like chromatograms, chemical analysis etc. in the lab note book.
- Maintain experimental and analysis reports.
- Enure proper storage of chemicals, samples, intermediates, analytical data and copies.
- Support in QA and RA related documentation.
- Involvement in technology transfer activity (documentation and implementation) in as well as Contract manufacturing sites.
- Follow safety rules and participate in safety training.
- Raise indents and subsequently issue the chemicals/ glassware / equipment’s for lab stores.
- Ensure disposal of waste solvents/ waste chemicals as per SOP.
- Communicate team members with experimental details, precautions for reactions etc.
- Ensure timely reporting to respective managers proactively.
- Attend/ participate in inter/ intra organizational technical seminars/ general lectures / personality development trainings.
