**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversation to enhance their experience.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked and organized at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and workstations.
- Follow proper recipes and presentation standards.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and billing efficiently.
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Stay updated with current beverage trends and new recipes.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of drink mixing techniques and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly personality and team player attitude.
- Flexible to work during weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Certification in bartending or food & beverage service is a plus.
