This is a full-time on-site role for a Enterprise Program Associate for the the project named "Kala Maitri" located in Indore. The Enterprise Program Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day program management, project management, program development, communication, and customer service. he/she will also be responsible for managing relationships with SHG women and customers. Planning and executing marketing strategies like exhibition and stalls to improve outreach of kala maitri. **Roles and Responsibility**: - Program Management and Project Management skills. - Develop market penetration strategies to expand the reach of Kala Maitri products. - Ability in collaborating with various government stakeholders. - Lead the development and implementation strategies. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and DataAnalysis. - Proficiency in Canva. - Experience in the Textile Industry and Fashion Designing is preferred. **Locations**: - Chakan (Pune) - Bopkhel (Pune) - Lonand (Satara) **Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Lonand, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
