**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and detail Meghayu Pharma’s Ayurvedic products to doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and stockists.
- Organize product presentations, samples, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets.
- Gather feedback from doctors and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products in assigned areas.
- Maintain daily call reports and update the CRM/reporting system.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years as a Medical Representative (Ayurvedic/Pharma) preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and the pharma industry is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Smartphone for reporting and communication.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives.
- Performance-based bonuses and career growth opportunities.
- Travel and mobile allowance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
