Factory Worker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Assistance**:

- Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of nuts, bolts, and other hardware.
- Assist in setting up production lines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
- Monitor machines during production, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring they run smoothly.
- **Assembly and Quality Control**:

- Assemble parts, ensuring accuracy and precision in dimensions, threading, and finishes.
- Inspect products for defects or irregularities, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine checks and tests on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards.
- **Packaging and Inventory**:

- Package finished nuts, bolts, and hardware products according to company standards.
- Label and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper identification and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring the safe handling of materials and tools.
- **Safety and Maintenance**:

- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Report any malfunctions or breakdowns in machinery and assist in basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- **Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status, issues, or delays.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant certifications in manufacturing processes is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, especially in the production of hardware, is preferred but not required.
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to operate factory machinery, basic knowledge of hand tools, and familiarity with mechanical processes.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand, lift, and move heavy objects for extended periods.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products and accurate assembly.
- **Team-Oriented**: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Education**:10th or +2

**Pay**:Starting ₹15000.00 per month + Accommodation

**Experience**: Fresher / 1 years (Training will be provided)
