Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visual materials such as social media graphics, brochures, posters, banners, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of print and digital marketing materials.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video content.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.
- Support senior designers and team members in larger creative projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong creative and visual problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio of previous design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts.
