**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and modify 3D models using SketchUp software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop modular designs and layouts for various projects as per client requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Present design concepts and provide visual aids such as 3D renderings and technical drawings.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to industry standards and project guidelines.
- Stay updated on new features in SketchUp and implement them to improve design quality and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing presentations for clients and stakeholders.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fresher to 2-3 years of experience in SketchUp or 3D modeling software.
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp and its features, including creating models, rendering, and creating layouts.
- Clear understanding of modular design principles and concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in designs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
- Motivated and eager to learn and grow within the field.
