**Role Overview**:
As a **Project Executive**, you will support the **planning, execution, coordination, and reporting** of infrastructure and EPC projects. You will assist the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **project planning and scheduling** in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Support in the **execution and monitoring** of day-to-day project activities at site or office.
- Track progress against project timelines and report **daily/weekly/monthly status updates**.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, estimation) and external stakeholders (contractors, clients, vendors).
- Ensure **documentation, drawings, and approvals** are in place for smooth execution.
- Support in **resource planning**, **material follow-ups**, and **site logistics**.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with **quality, safety**, and **contractual requirements**.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, milestones, and variations.
- Help prepare **presentations, dashboards**, and **MIS reports** for internal and client meetings.
- **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma** in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in project execution or coordination in **infrastructure/EPC projects**.
- Good understanding of **project life cycles**, site operations, and documentation.
- Proficient in **MS Office**, **MS Project/Primavera** (preferred), and basic understanding of **AutoCAD**.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites across India.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,238.30 - ₹33,801.48 per month
