**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
- Plan and create posts, captions, stories, and hashtags to align with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into content strategy.
- **Cold Outreach Writing**:

- Tailor messaging to target audiences to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach content with campaign goals.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Research and understand the target audience to create content that resonates.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on metrics.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone across all communication channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media content writing and/or cold outreach.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research skills and a creative mindset.
