**CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales data, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- **Documentation**: Organize and maintain essential sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and customer communications.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.

II. Customer & Order Processing
- **Order Management**: Process customer orders, requisitions, and invoices with high accuracy and ensure timely tracking through to delivery.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and delivery status.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle customer complaints and issues, liaising with internal teams to provide swift and professional resolutions.
- **Quotation Prep**: Assist in drafting and sending accurate sales quotations and proposals to clients.

III. Internal Coordination
- **Cross-Functional Liaison**: Coordinate efforts with other departments, such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless sales execution.
- **Materials Prep**: Ensure the sales team has adequate and up-to-date sales materials, presentations, and product sheets.
- **Process Improvement**: Monitor sales processes and identify shortcomings, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
