Founded in 2016, we are now a family of more than 400+ highly motivated minds who work in collaboration to help dental practices reach their goals. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Determining the most logical and precise way to present technical information - Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience - Write easy-to-understand user interface texts - Create and maintain the information architecture - Coordinating & interacting with internal stakeholders to understand requirements - Able to write and proofread content, training documents viz. process related SOPs, etc - Team tasks reporting to be maintained and analyzed - Prepare instruction manuals - Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation - Help other writers in creating documentation - Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it **Requirements**: - Strong written / verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. - Must have excellent written expression to be able to convert rough process drafts to easily understandable documents. - Good command over English - Must have relevant past experience of at least one year - Must possess technical & analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to present data/ideas graphically - Must have eye to detailing - Adobe form creation and editing - Video content preferred - Strong Written communication and content - Google Workspace preferred - Reports introduction and analysis - Exceptional proofreading skills, able to spot formatting, alignment & grammatical errors etc in the professional documents - Basic designing & editing skills on software such as Adobe **Perks and Benefits** - Health Insurance Coverage - Disability Insurance - Leave Encashment - Sat & Sun fixed weekly off - Reward & Recognition - Employee Engagement **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher **Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Rotational shift - US shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting in night shifts? - We must fill this position urgently.
