**Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and project assignments, covering various aspects of SAP ABAP programming.
- Instruction Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, or webinars to explain ABAP concepts, coding techniques, debugging methods, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Individualized Support: Offer personalized guidance and mentoring to trainees, addressing their questions, clarifying doubts, and offering constructive feedback on their coding practices.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, and coding assignments, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in SAP technologies, updates to ABAP language, and emerging trends in enterprise software development to ensure the training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language and development tools, including SAP Net Weaver, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Teaching or training experience, preferably in a corporate or educational setting, with a track record of facilitating engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for helping learners overcome challenges and obstacles in their learning journey.
- Certification: While not always mandatory, holding certifications such as SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP Net Weaver can enhance credibility and demonstrate proficiency in ABAP programming.
