You will be working as Vistex Solution Architect and will be part of Electrification business Area for Smart Power division based in Hyderabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Vistex Center of Excellence Manager and will be responsible for supporting, designing and configuring VISTEX solutions within the SAP ECC 6.0 Solution. Contributing technical and business process or data expertise to support ongoing operations and develop new software.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Global CoE VISTEX ERP IT Operation Excellence, delivering 24x7 business operations support(L2/3/4), compliance, service now, SLA, change management for VISTEX function
- Assisting in resolving major incidents and critical situations, providing input and expertise to solutions when there is a major impact on Information Systems solutions or services
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert in relevant area of responsibility of VISTEX/OTC, contributing technical and business process or data expertise to either support ongoing operations or projects
- Providing guidance or support to vendor teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advising without carrying line responsibility
- Maintaining work relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the operations area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
- Continuously partnering with the vendors and country support teams and SME’s, key users by regular monitoring of the issues, weekly team meetings, monthly operations review meetings in fixing day to day gaps as and when observed before there are any escalations reported

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of IT experience with Vistex Solutions with strong problem-solving skills and functional expertise in Vistex and ERP implementations is required
- Must have been involved in at least 3 to 4 Full E2E Vistex Implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Role for IA Rebates Solution and SPA’s & Claims
- Experience in the driving operational excellence activates including 24x7 business operations support(L2/3/4), P0/P1 incidents, compliance, service now, SLA, change management for VISTEX function
- Solid understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure-To-Pay (PTP) processes, VISTEX/MM pricing configuration/routines and FICO integration
- Should be able to work on RICEF and good knowledge of VISTEX integration with other modules and overall end-to-end business processes
