- In this role, you will be responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis role for BFS business. You should possess excellent SME knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and should have managed an ideal team size of 10-15 resources._
- Responsibilities_
- _Yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, productivity targets, utilization levels etc. and drive it through Performance reviews and Dashboards_
- _Monitor targets/budgets and course corrections against plan Vs actual, Client wise presentation of monthly Financials and key financial levers will be a part of this role._
- _Review Month close activities for the businesses, support in deal vs. Projected P&L of all new deals, help operating leaders to understand the Key financial metrics to drive efficiency and profitability._
- _Provide financial support to the business in short term and long term strategy like new site setup, Joint Venture, change in Org structure, cost benefit analysis etc._
- _Financial Analysis - Provide and present meaningful, concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performances (actual versus budget/forecast/ prior quarters etc.)_
- _Responsible for monthly forecasting process for the P&L of the company_
- _Conduct reviews and provide actions for cost and margin optimization_
- _Review month/quarter close activities for all the businesses_
- _Support corporate consolidation analysis and reporting including yearly operating plan for the company_
- _Facilitate Long Range Plan for the company_
- _Conduct analysis and reporting for the corporate vertical_
- _Various ad - hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency_

- _Very good written and verbal communication skills_
- _Macros / VBA an added advantage_
