Wholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Account, CMS, Trade (Domestic & Cross Boarder) & Supply Chain Finance, Sector Solutions, Capital Account and Custody & Capital Markets; IPO & Escrows. Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT)

Custody & Capital Market Division is a niche segment focus on Custodial Services (Domestic - PMS, AIF, MF, Insurance etc & Foreign - FPI, FDI, FVCI, DRs); Clearing & Settlement services for Trade; Professional Clearing Services for Equity & Currency Derivative Segments. Bank is also offering Fund Accounting Services for Portfolio Managers (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) & MF/Insurance.

**About **the **Role
The role will be servicing the custody clients to execute SLB on NSE and BSE systems. Ensuring appropriate controls and risk management needed for SLB execution on the exchange. The expertise needed are to execute SLB on the NSE and BSE exchange systems and support the requirement of the custody clients to find appropriate opportunities based on available market/options.

Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.

Market knowledge on key SLB execution on NSE and BSE for custody clients.
- Developing/ implementing risk management systems.
- Designing SoPs, documents/SLAs, Reports as required by the institutional clients or regulators.

Provide Solutions to the customers within Regulatory Guidelines.

Product Commercialization - Planning & Execution/setup.

Business Controle: Risk minimization; Audit & Compliance.

**Key Responsibilities
Manage custody client’s request to execute SLB on NSE and BSE system.

Find opportunities for the clients and meet their expectations within the regulatory framework.

Design and implement risk management system to ensure appropriate controls.

**Qualifications**
- Any master’s degree with experience of 3-5+ years in managing NSE and BSE systems needed for SLB execution.

- Positive and collaborative attitude with good communication skills
- Thorough with SEBI regulations & policies related to Custody & Capital market Products.
- Ability to provide solutions to the clients balancing compliance & Risks
- Proactive in learning & self-development.
- Client and MI facing role and meeting day to day need of the client and ensure excellent service delivery.
