Accounts Executive for Medical Store

Job description:

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Generate and process invoices for customers and suppliers. Ensure timely payment collections and supplier settlements.
- Track inventory and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate valuation of goods and products.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of taxes, including VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes for the medical store.
- Handle cash transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and petty cash reconciliation.
- input data into accounting software or systems accurately and promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in retail or medical sectors.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally/ Busy).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of financial regulations, including tax laws.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
