**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare HVAC layout, ducting drawings, coordination drawings, and shop drawings.
- Read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings for integration of HVAC systems.
- Assist the design and project teams in drafting plans and documents for ongoing projects.
- Ensure drawings meet technical specifications and are as per client/consultant requirements.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from design engineers and site teams.
- Maintain drawing logs and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in HVAC drafting in the building services industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus).
- Understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, and ventilation layouts.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in clean air / air purification or HVAC-integrated solutions.
- Experience working with consulting or contracting firms.
