White Horse IELTS Academy is a leading company dedicated to provide IELTS training to young generation. We are seeking a talented and motivated Spoken Trainer to join our dynamic team.

As a Spoken Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on enhancing spoken communication skills. Your primary objective will be to empower individuals to communicate effectively in various professional and social settings. You will work closely with clients, assessing their needs, designing customized training modules, and conducting engaging sessions to help them improve their verbal communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' specific requirements and goals related to spoken communication.
- Curriculum Development: Design comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating best practices and innovative techniques to enhance spoken communication skills.
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, utilizing various teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Skill Enhancement: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to individuals to help them improve pronunciation, intonation, fluency, and overall communication effectiveness.
- Resources Development: Develop supplementary materials, resources, and exercises to support ongoing learning and skill development outside of formal training sessions.
- Progress Monitoring: Track clients' progress and performance throughout the training process, adjusting instruction as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to their success.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, research findings, and emerging technologies related to spoken communication training, integrating new insights and approaches into training programs as appropriate.

**Key Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and effectively. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport, inspire confidence, and motivate individuals to achieve their goals.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies and techniques to meet the unique needs and preferences of different clients.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in using multimedia tools, virtual platforms, and other technology-enhanced learning resources for delivering remote training sessions.
- Empathy: Empathetic approach towards understanding clients' challenges and providing support and encouragement throughout their learning journey.
- Certification: Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL) or a related field is advantageous.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
