**Job Title: Freight Broker**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our logistics operation, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and shippers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the efficient and timely transportation of goods.

**Responsibilities**:
**Carrier Relationship Management**:

- Identify and establish relationships with reliable carriers.
- Negotiate competitive rates to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Maintain a strong network of carriers to meet diverse shipping requirements.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Collaborate with shippers to understand their transportation needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Keep clients informed about shipment status and proactively address any issues.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes for efficiency.
- Address and resolve any transportation-related challenges.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Analyze market data to make informed decisions regarding pricing and capacity.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all relevant documentation is accurately maintained.
- Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.

**Negotiation Skills**:

- Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to achieve favorable terms.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Freight Broker in the logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
