Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential businesses that could benefit from our services.
Utilize various online sources, databases, and tools to gather lead information.
Create and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Cold Outreach:
Effectively communicate our company's value proposition and services to generate interest.
Qualification:
Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their needs and pain points.
Determine the quality and relevance of leads based on predefined criteria.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for our assessors to visit potential clients.
Coordinate appointment times and provide all necessary details to the client and assessor.
Follow-Up:
Maintain a follow-up schedule to nurture leads that require more time to convert.
Keep a record of all interactions and update the lead database accordingly.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting activities.
Share insights and suggestions for improving the lead generation process.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in lead generation or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in using CRM software or lead management tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home.
