As our Social Media Marketer & Videographer, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing our brand’s online presence, and producing high-quality video content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and schedule engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Develop content calendars and strategies that align with marketing objectives and audience interests.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to optimize performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our community in a timely, personable manner.
- Produce high-quality video content that captures the essence of our brand, products, or services.
- Film and edit videos for use on social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Use creative storytelling techniques to craft compelling videos, including product demos, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials, and promotional content.
- Ensure video content is optimized for each platform (e.g., aspect ratio, length, and style adjustments for Instagram Stories, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and video content using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
- Adjust strategies based on data to improve engagement, reach, and ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management, including a deep understanding of platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong videography skills, with experience filming and editing videos for social media platforms.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
