We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our services.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Assessments**:

- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of assessments.

**Documentation Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with agents and respective sales managers for any pending documentation.
- Ensure all required documents are received in a timely manner.

**Document Verification**:

- Verify received documents across various platforms to ensure their authenticity.

**Customer Support**:

- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Portal Proficiency**:

- Stay updated on how to use the Daltin AI Portal efficiently.
- Access and utilize new information and features with mínimal time.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Train and mentor new team members as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations and admissions in an Overseas education platform or agency
- Experience with All process of Europe
- Hands-on experience with overseas education portals and how they work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
