**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture, modify, and repair **wooden, metal, and plastic patterns** for casting.
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings and CAD models** for pattern-making.
- Operate and maintain **woodworking and machining tools** (lathe, milling machine, hand tools, etc.).
- Work with foundry personnel to ensure patterns meet **casting and molding requirements**.
- Ensure **dimensional accuracy** and quality of patterns before use.
- Maintain a clean and organized **pattern shop workspace**.
- Adhere to **safety and quality standards** in the foundry.

**Requirements**:

- **2 to 3 years** of experience in a **foundry pattern shop** or similar role.
- Knowledge of **pattern materials**, mold-making processes, and foundry casting methods.
- Ability to use **hand tools, power tools**:

- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to work with precision.
- Understanding of **quality control and safety procedures**.
- Ability to read **technical drawings and blueprints**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **CAD/CAM software** for pattern design.
- Familiarity with **resin, aluminum, and wooden patterns**.
- Basic welding or fabrication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
