Our client is a leading têxtile manufacturing company with factory based in Chennai. They specialize in complete men’s wear collections, with a strong commitment to quality, innovation and sustainability, they have established themselves as a trusted provider in the têxtile industry both domestically and internationally.
Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the company to new heights of success. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence across all functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic vision, goals and objectives in alignment with the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including production, sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and human resources.
- Drive business growth and expansion initiatives to increase market share, revenue and profitability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence throughout the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to support business development and collaboration opportunities.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, providing mentorship, guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and ethical practices.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Champion sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives to minimize environmental impact and contribute to community development.
- Represent the company in public forums, industry events, and media engagements to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a CEO, COO or senior executive leadership role in the têxtile manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of têxtile production processes, technologies and market trends.
- Strong strategic planning, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, achieve financial targets, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
