**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:Master’s Degree in Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) with NET/SET or Ph.D. (preferred as per UGC norms).**:

- Strong academic background with a passion for **teaching and research**.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Academic Delivery**
- Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and instructional materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Conduct continuous assessments, internal exams, lab evaluations, and grading.
- Use **ICT tools** and innovative methodologies for interactive and effective teaching.

**2. Student Mentoring & Project Guidance**
- Guide students in **academic projects, seminars, internships**, and technical presentations.
- Provide academic and career guidance, supporting holistic student development.
- Address student queries and performance concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.

**3. Research & Publications**
- Engage in **independent and collaborative research** in specialized areas of Computer Science.
- Publish research papers in **indexed journals, national/international conferences**.

**4. Departmental & Institutional Activities**
- Assist in **syllabus revision, curriculum development, and course enrichment**.
- Coordinate with the department for **academic audits, NAAC, NBA, and NIRF documentation**.
- Participate in department meetings, committees, and faculty development initiatives.
- Support outreach activities such as **seminars, symposiums, industry interface programs**, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
