**Role**:
We are looking for passionate individuals who has the ability to supervise our sites and their ongoing operations. This challenging role demands attention to detail and quick problem solving skills. Methods are different, processes may vary - we don't mind that.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential problems.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Managing inventory and recording all incoming & outgoing materials / vehicles / staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Posses time management skills.

**Location & Joining**:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- Start immediately

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
