Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care:

- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Diagnose medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer treatments and medications as needed.
- Utilize Ayurvedic principles and practices in patient treatment.
- Educate patients on Ayurvedic lifestyles and preventive measures.

3. Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.

4. Patient Education:

- Provide patients with information about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Conduct workshops and community outreach programs on health and wellness.

5. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.

6. **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on medical advancements and integrate new knowledge into practice.
- Participate in professional development and training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Female Only
- BSMS, BAMS, or MD degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Tamilnadu, India.
- 3 or More Than 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of both modern and traditional medicine practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in holistic and integrative medicine.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
