As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: -Teaching: You will deliver engaging lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching aids and methodologies.
- Student Engagement: Actively fostering an environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, think critically, and take ownership of their learning.
- Adherence to SOP: Ensuring that each class is conducted in alignment with our comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Your regular working hours will be as follows (with flexibility depending on student needs): Mentor, a key player in delivering high-quality educational Our SOP has been carefully crafted to ensure that every class is effective, organized, and aligned with our mission of providing top-tier educational experiences.

Here are the details: 1. Class Duration & Setup
- Class Duration: Each class is designed to last a minimum of 60 minutes, though the duration may extend based on the material's complexity and student understanding. The goal is to ensure students are not rushed and have adequate time to absorb and process the content.
- Class Setup: ○ Camera & Microphone: Both teacher and student must have their cameras on to maintain an interactive environment. Clear communication is essential, so both parties should ensure microphones are working properly to avoid disruptions during the lesson.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹13,948.16 - ₹20,670.29 per month
