Key Skills: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional - India (mandatory)

Experience: 6 - 10 years

**Responsibilities**:
Cloud Infrastructure Design and Deployment:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions on AWS.
- Utilize various AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and others, to build and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure.

DevOps Implementation (preferred):

- Champion and lead DevOps practices, advocating for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Cloud Security and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard our cloud infrastructure and data.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to cloud operations.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (preferred):

- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to enable efficient and reproducible infrastructure deployment.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

- Set up comprehensive monitoring and logging for AWS resources to proactively detect and resolve performance issues.
- Optimize the performance and cost of AWS resources by regularly analyzing usage patterns and making appropriate adjustments.

Automation and Configuration Management:

- Design and implement automation scripts and workflows to simplify repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to manage and standardize server configurations.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting cloud and DevOps-related issues and incidents.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on AWS cloud and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Specialist and DevOps Engineer, with hands-on experience in both domains.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, DevOps methodologies, and cloud security principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and related DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
