Responsible for testing of RM/In-process, finished goods sample and other Quality control activities.
- Perform testing and calibration activities as per the laid STP. Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Implement the identified corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.
- Management of laboratory chemicals including storage, handling and transportation.
- Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and safety of equipment.
- Responsible for highlighting the inconsistency in samples received.
- Maintain quality records as per the laid Management system.
- Monitor analysis and testing performance and data analysis.
- Ensure waste samples handling and disposal in a safe manner.
- Investigate and report questionable test results.
- Operate instruments like GC, UV, IR, KF etc.
- Can operate lab instruments & Analysis.
- Perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting as needed
- Preparing Volumetric Solutions.
- Generate, analyse & interpret data and reports.
- Documentation and Record
- Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related concerns
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
