Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop HVAC systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Perform load calculations and energy modeling to determine HVAC requirements.
repare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Conduct system performance testing and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with local and international HVAC standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with architects, electrical and structural engineers, and project managers.
Maintain and update HVAC documentation, including manuals and maintenance records.
Recommend energy-efficient upgrades and improvements.
Stay updated on new technologies, equipment, and best practices in HVAC engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in HVAC system design and maintenance.
Knowledge of HVAC software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace).
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, local building codes).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in energy audits and sustainability initiatives.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
Project management experience.
Work Environment:
Office and field environments.
Occasional travel to project sites.
May require occasional lifting of equipment or tools.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
