We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Studio Operations Associate to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and studio spaces, as well as manage equipment and resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and studio spaces, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate schedules for studio sessions, meetings, and events to optimize the use of resources and meet project deadlines.
- Manage studio equipment and facilities, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning during sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to anticipate and address logístical needs and resolve any issues that may arise during studio sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to studio bookings, equipment usage, and inventory management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office or operations management, preferably in a creative or studio environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic technical equipment and familiarity with audiovisual or multimedia equipment is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
