**Job Summary**:
A graphic designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs across various mediums. Collaborating with clients or internal teams, they translate ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand identities and communication goals. Proficient in graphic design software and staying abreast of industry trends, they produce a wide range of materials, including digital and print collateral, websites, social media graphics, and more. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential in this role, as graphic designers play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity of brands and projects

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**: Develop visual concepts in line with project objectives, brand guidelines, and client requirements.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, or other stakeholders to understand design needs and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain consistency in visual elements across various platforms to reinforce brand identity.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- **Innovation and Trends**: Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to refine designs and improve overall quality.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy retrieval and collaboration with team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design software, strong knowledge of design principles, and an understanding of the latest design trends.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
- **Creativity**: A highly creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to evolving design needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
