**Outbound Tele-Calling Executive**

We are looking for young and passionate female outbound Tele Calling Executives who will be responsible for calling and follow up with franchise leads received from the campaigns and further developing them into franchising opportunities.

**What makes a perfect match**
- You have a full-time graduate from a reputed institute/university.
- You have full time role experience with outbound sales calling for minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years.
- Immediate joiner
- Have excellent communication skills speaking and writing with English and Hindi languages.
- Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations.
- Available and/or Ready to relocate to Surat, Gujarat.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Lead Follow up**:

- Execute regular lead follow ups and generate new franchising opportunities from the assigned database through outbound tele calling and other virtual digital modes.
- Identify decision-makers, build rapport, and qualify potential prospects interested in company’s franchise offer.

**Concept & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the key business concept and benefits of our Franchise proposals.
- Effectively communicate on concept value propositions to potential franchise aspirants.

**Sales Pitch and Presentation**:

- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the unique queries
- Conduct digital presentations and demonstrations through virtual digital platforms like google meet, Zoom Calls etc.

**Pipeline Management**:

- Manage and update the qualified leads pipeline, keeping detailed records of prospect interactions and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Franchise Development Specialist to ensure a cohesive approach to reaching and exceeding conversion targets.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Utilize market insights to refine pitching strategies and enhance the effectiveness of outbound calling efforts.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
